[Adenomatosis of the proximal segment of the common hepatic duct].

A male of 52 developed fatal adenomatosis localized atypically in the proximal part of the common hepatic duct. The disease was attended by reactive papillomatosis and subsequent mechanical jaundice. The tumor occurrence may be attributed to a malformation of the duct wall mucous glands.
