Chronic cough is a common complaint that in rare cases can be caused by premature ventricular beats (PVCs). In this report, we present the case of a healthy 44-year-old female who presented persistent cough and cough syncope that was attributed to PVCs. The cough disappeared after radiofrequency ablation, and no recurrence of arrhythmia or cough was observed. PVCs should be considered a probable cause of chronic cough and cough syncope in differential diagnosis.
慢性咳嗽是一种常见的主诉，在极少数情况下可能由室性早搏（PVCs）引起。在本报告中，我们介绍了一名44岁健康女性的病例，她出现了持续性咳嗽和咳嗽性晕厥，病因是室性早搏。射频消融术后咳嗽消失，未观察到心律失常或咳嗽复发。在鉴别诊断中，室性早搏应被视为慢性咳嗽和咳嗽性晕厥的可能病因。
