is one of the most important genera in the family Phoridae. This genus is mainly distributed in Palearctic region, and its species can be used to estimate the postmortem interval. In this study, we first present two mitochondrial genomes of common necrophagous species of this genus, (Meigen, 1830) and (Wiedemann, 1830). Maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree revealed that the genus is closely related to the genus within the family Phoridae. This work expands the knowledge about the Phoridae genomes, and contributes to the further study of species identification and phylogenetics of this family.
是蚤蝇科中最重要的属之一。该属主要分布于古北区,其物种可用于估计死后间隔时间。在本研究中,我们首次展示了该属常见食尸性物种(1830年,梅根)和(1830年,维德曼)的两个线粒体基因组。最大似然系统发育树显示,该属在蚤蝇科中与属密切相关。这项工作扩展了关于蚤蝇科基因组的知识,并有助于该科物种鉴定和系统发育学的进一步研究。
