A 7-year-old boy was examined for cutaneous lesions that were localized to the side of the body on which he slept and occurred on skin in direct contact with an enuresis blanket. The painless skin lesions were similar to the punched-out skin ulcers and atrophic scars reported in the British literature as buzzer ulcers. Exposure of the child's skin to electrical current may have produced the lesions, which ceased to appear when use of the enuresis blanket was discontinued.
