Abstract
The concentration of 27 amino acids in the vitreous humour was analysed in 120 cot deaths. Baseline data for age and postmortem interval are presented and the concentrations compared with the normal reference range for plasma. The results do not indicate that a specific aminoacidopathy is a factor in cot deaths.

对120例婴儿猝死病例的玻璃体液中27种氨基酸的浓度进行了分析。给出了年龄和死后间隔的基线数据，并将这些浓度与血浆的正常参考范围进行了比较。结果并未表明特定的氨基酸代谢病是婴儿猝死的一个因素。
