Abstract

Interaction of riboflavin (RF) and adenosinediphosphate (ADP) was investigated under conditions of RF photoexcitation. It was shown that in the presence of ADP effective RF triplets quenching and RFH semiquinones formation took place. Subsequent interaction between these RFH and nucleotide resulted in the generation of a semireduced form of ADP.
