Infiltrating angiolipoma of skeletal muscle is a rare benign tumor that has a tendency to recur unless completely excised. Although CT and angiography have been used to determine its extent, they will not allow a definite diagnosis. We present magnetic resonance findings and assert that an accurate preoperative diagnosis can be made based on those findings.
