To facilitate safe anastomosis of a vascular prosthesis onto the proximal ascending aorta without side clamping, a clampless anastomotic device with large diameter aortic puncher was developed.
First, a vascular prosthesis is anastomosed onto the aorta without making a hole, then the aortic wall within the prosthesis is punched out using the device.
After further refinement of the present device, endovascular surgery with debranching could be performed more safely and quickly.
为便于在不进行侧方钳夹的情况下将血管移植物安全吻合至升主动脉近端,研发了一种带有大口径主动脉打孔器的无钳吻合装置。
首先,在不打孔的情况下将血管移植物吻合至主动脉,然后使用该装置将移植物内的主动脉壁打孔切除。
对当前装置进一步改进后,可更安全、快速地进行去分支血管腔内手术。
