Abstract
A 22-year-old Chinese man sustained a gunshot wound through his right eye followed by three episodes of massive epistaxis. Angiography showed a large aneurysm in the intracavernous segment of the left internal carotid artery which was successfully treated by thrombosis with copper wire.

一名22岁的中国男性右眼遭受枪伤，随后出现三次大量鼻出血。血管造影显示左颈内动脉海绵窦段有一个大动脉瘤，通过用铜丝进行血栓形成成功治疗。
