Of 116 persons who developed rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as teen-agers, 56 were seronegative for RF a long period of time. Clinicolaboratory and x-ray manifestations in this group of patients were analyzed. Adolescents with seronegative RA presented a heterogeneous group requiring further investigation.
在116名青少年时期患类风湿关节炎（RA）的患者中，56人长期类风湿因子（RF）血清学阴性。对该组患者的临床实验室检查及X线表现进行了分析。血清学阴性类风湿关节炎青少年患者构成一个异质性群体，需要进一步研究。
