Abstract
A case of chylous cyst of the shoulder joint containing cholesterol crystals is presented. The patient suffered from rheumatoid arthritis of short duration. The cyst completely disappeared following therapy with gold.

本文报告一例含有胆固醇结晶的肩关节乳糜囊肿病例。患者患有病程较短的类风湿性关节炎。经金制剂治疗后囊肿完全消失。
