In this study, we sequenced the complete mitogenome of (Chen et Tsao, 1982). The genome is 16,609 base pair (bp) in length, encoding 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes, and 1 non-coding control region (D-loop). The nucleotide composition is A: 30.34%, T: 26.88%, G: 16.49%, and C: 26.29% (AT content: 55.22%). The complete mitogenome of provides essential and important DNA molecular data for the genetic diversity conservation of this species.
在本研究中,我们对(Chen和Tsao,1982)的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。该基因组长度为16,609个碱基对(bp),编码13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个非编码控制区(D-loop)。核苷酸组成是A:30.34%,T:26.88%,G:16.49%,C:26.29%(AT含量:55.22%)。该物种的完整线粒体基因组为该物种的遗传多样性保护提供了重要的DNA分子数据。
