. This study aimed to examine the occupational safety of oncology nurses. . This cross-sectional study was conducted to examine the risks faced by oncology nurses in the units they work in and occupational safety. The data of the study were collected between April and October 2020 using an online questionnaire prepared by the researchers in line with the literature. The sample for the study consisted of 117 oncology nurses who voluntarily participated in the study and filled out the questionnaire completely. . More than half of the participants stated that they did not find occupational safety practices sufficient and were not given additional rights or psychological support given the risks of exposure. . The study concluded that to improve occupational safety in oncology nurses, the physical conditions of the working environment should be improved, and up-to-date oncology and occupational safety training should be given regularly.
本研究旨在探讨肿瘤科护士的职业安全问题。这项横断面研究旨在检查肿瘤科护士在其工作单位所面临的风险和职业安全。研究数据于 2020 年 4 月至 10 月期间通过研究人员根据文献编制的在线问卷收集。研究样本由 117 名自愿参加研究并完整填写问卷的肿瘤科护士组成。超过一半的参与者表示，他们认为职业安全措施不足，并且在面临暴露风险时没有获得额外的权利或心理支持。研究结论认为，为了提高肿瘤科护士的职业安全，应改善工作环境的物理条件，并定期提供最新的肿瘤学和职业安全培训。
