Abstract

A chiral cyclic α,α-disubstituted α-amino acid, ()-(-)-cucurbitine, which has a pyrrolidine ring with a chiral center at the α-position, was synthesized, and its homopeptides were prepared. ()-(-)-Cucurbitine homopeptides with a Boc-protecting group formed helical structures with slight control of the helical screw sense to the left-handed form. The state of the pyrrolidine ring in ()-(-)-cucurbitine was important for the control of the helical structures and helical screw sense of its homopeptides.

一种手性环状α,α-二取代α-氨基酸,()-(-)-苦瓜碱,具有α-位手性中心的吡咯烷环,被合成出来,并制备了其同聚肽。()-(-)-苦瓜碱同聚肽具有 Boc 保护基团,形成了略微控制左手螺旋构象的螺旋结构。()-(-)-苦瓜碱中吡咯烷环的状态对于控制其同聚肽的螺旋结构和螺旋螺旋感很重要。
