Abstract

strain BZR 277 is a rhizobacterium isolated from the rhizoplane of a winter oilseed rape plant from the Krasnodar region in Russia. This study presents the genome sequence of the rhizobacterium BZR 277, which exhibited high antagonistic activity against the root-knot nematode Kof. The data on the genome sequence can help to identify pathways for the biosynthesis of metabolites responsible for nematicidal activity in order to improve crop protection against plant-parasitic nematodes.

摘要

菌株BZR 277是从俄罗斯克拉斯诺达尔地区的一株冬油菜植物根际分离出的一种根际细菌。本研究展示了该根际细菌BZR 277的基因组序列,它对根结线虫Kof表现出高拮抗活性。基因组序列数据有助于确定负责杀线虫活性的代谢物生物合成途径,以提高作物对植物寄生线虫的保护。
