Abstract
A short review is given concerning the different possibilities of chronic obstructive lung changes in important lung diseases (chronic bronchitis, asthma bronchiale, emphysema). Similarities and differences in the morphological picture of the bronchial system between these diseases are discussed.

本文简要回顾了重要肺部疾病（慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、肺气肿）中慢性阻塞性肺改变的不同可能性。讨论了这些疾病在支气管系统形态学表现上的异同。
