Abstract

OBJECTIVE

This study aimed to investigate the seroprevalence of and in cattle in the Oğuzlar district of Çorum province.

METHODS

Venous blood samples were collected from the of 100 cattle in the Oğuzlar region and stored into anticoagulant-free tubes. Serum samples were examined with commercial c-ELISA kits for (IDEXX, Switzerland) and (ID.vet, France).

RESULTS

Two of serum samples were found to be (2%) and five were (5%) seropositive. No mixed infection was detected in any of serum samples.

CONCLUSION

In this study, the presence of and was serologically determined in animals that are not imported in the Oğuzlar region. This is the first study in the region to identify in the seropositive cattle and is the third study in Turkey.

目的

本研究旨在调查Çorum 省 Oğuzlar 地区牛群中 和 的血清流行率。
