A new trematode, Plagioporus gonii sp. n., is described from the fish Labeo gonius of Kalri Lake, Sind, Pakistan. This species is characterized by possessing round, subterminal oral sucker; small prepharynx; pharynx subglobular; oesophagus short; acetabulum larger than oral sucker; caeca simple; testes subspherical to irregular in shape; ovary irregular in shape; vitellaria rounded, follicular, extending little behind intestinal bifurcation to the end of the body, interrupted on one or both sides at the level of the acetabulum; cirrus sac preacetabular; genital pore posterior to intestinal bifurcation; and eggs 0.071-0.078 by 0.033-0.042 mm in size.
从巴基斯坦信德省卡尔里湖的戈尼野鲮（Labeo gonius）鱼体中发现了一种新的吸虫，命名为戈尼斜孔吸虫（Plagioporus gonii sp. n.）。该物种的特征为：具有圆形、近末端的口吸盘；咽前体短小；咽呈亚球形；食管短；腹吸盘大于口吸盘；肠支简单；睾丸呈亚球形至不规则形；卵巢形状不规则；卵黄腺呈圆形、滤泡状，从肠分支处稍向后延伸至虫体末端，在腹吸盘水平的一侧或两侧中断；阴茎囊位于腹吸盘之前；生殖孔在肠分支之后；虫卵大小为0.071 - 0.078×0.033 - 0.042毫米。
