The pickling sludge produced from rolling process contains a large amount of Fe, Ca, Al as well as other metals. If these metals can be extracted and used, it will promote the recycling of pickling sludge. Herein, we proposed a two-step extraction method to extract Fe ions out from the pickling sludge, and then the extracted Fe was oxidized by HO and prepared into Fe-containing coagulant in the presence of NaHPO as stabilizer. The three main factors that affect the color removal efficiency and COD removal efficiency are identified as P:Fe ratio, HO adding amount, and curing time. Results show that the optimal preparation conditions are: P:Fe = 0.05, HO amount = 115%, and the curing time = 6 d, at which the color and COD removal efficiency reached 96.25% and 65.91%, respectively. The assessment of toxicity of the PPFC indicated that the content of harmful substances meets the thresholds in Chinese national standard GB141591-2016. The findings in this study are expected to provide new implications in treating different kinds of Fe-containing sludge.
轧制过程产生的酸洗污泥含有大量的铁、钙、铝以及其他金属。如果这些金属能够被提取和利用,将促进酸洗污泥的回收利用。在此,我们提出了一种两步萃取法从酸洗污泥中萃取出铁离子,然后将萃取得到的铁在磷酸氢二钠作为稳定剂的存在下用过氧化氢氧化并制备成含铁混凝剂。确定影响脱色效率和化学需氧量去除效率的三个主要因素为磷铁比、过氧化氢添加量和养护时间。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:磷铁比=0.05,过氧化氢用量=115%,养护时间=6天,此时脱色率和化学需氧量去除率分别达到96.25%和65.91%。对聚合磷硫酸铁的毒性评估表明,有害物质含量符合中国国家标准GB141591-2016中的阈值。本研究结果有望为处理不同种类的含铁污泥提供新的启示。
