Immunological investigation was carried out in 55 breast cancer patients aged 36 to 62. Multimodality therapy included interstitial gamma-beam therapy with 60Co of the parasternal lymph nodes on the affected side, the isoeffective dose being up to 50 Gy. The major immunological indices during therapy were decreased, and 3 mos. after therapy discontinuation they partially returned to normal.
对55名年龄在36至62岁之间的乳腺癌患者进行了免疫学调查。多模式治疗包括对患侧胸骨旁淋巴结进行60钴间质伽马射线治疗，等效剂量高达50戈瑞。治疗期间主要免疫学指标下降，治疗停止3个月后部分指标恢复正常。
