Based upon anatomotopographic, morphological, biochemical regularities obtained in the investigation of 101 shin bones and their medullary cavities the authors have developed functional osteosynthesis in diaphyseal fractures without drilling the intraoseous spaces. The functional osteosynthesis gives a rigid bone fixator system which allows postoperative management of the patients to be performed without plaster immobilization. Operations were fulfilled on 84 patients. Working capacity was found to be recovered within 3.5 months after operation. There were no osteomyelites or non-united fractures.
基于对101根胫骨及其骨髓腔进行研究所得出的解剖部位、形态学、生物化学规律,作者们研发出了骨干骨折的功能性骨固定术,无需对骨内空间进行钻孔。这种功能性骨固定术提供了一个坚固的骨固定系统,使得术后无需石膏固定即可对患者进行处理。对84例患者实施了手术。发现术后3.5个月内恢复了工作能力。未出现骨髓炎或骨折不愈合情况。
