Abstract

Incompetence of gastroduodenal anastomosis sutures was observed in 2 of 700 patients (0.28%), operated upon by Billroth-I method for ulcer disease of the duodenum. The patients were cured by nonoperative methods using the V.A. Ivankovich obturator and porolon sponge. These methods should be tested in clinical practice.

在700例因十二指肠溃疡采用毕罗一式手术的患者中，观察到2例（0.28%）胃十二指肠吻合口缝线功能不全。这些患者采用V.A. 伊万科维奇闭孔器和聚酯海绵通过非手术方法治愈。这些方法应在临床实践中进行检验。
