Based on an analysis of clinical and angiographic data of 334 patients the authors have established that extended alterations of the femoro-popliteal segment are found in 48.9% of cases. The article presents an analysis of reconstructive operations in 154 patients with such occlusions. The reconstruction of the profound femoral artery is found to be the method of choice in such an alteration, in cases of the combination with stenosis of the iliac artery the operation being supplemented with the dilatation of the iliac artery.
基于对334例患者临床和血管造影数据的分析，作者发现48.9%的病例存在股腘段广泛病变。本文对154例有此类闭塞的患者的重建手术进行了分析。结果发现，在这种病变情况下，股深动脉重建是首选方法；在合并髂动脉狭窄的病例中，手术需辅以髂动脉扩张。
