[Controlled healing in the treatment of Dupuytren's contracture by the McCash's technic].

Results of a short series of cases, without statistical pretension, have shown that controlled cicatrisation during treatment of Dupuytren's contracture by open palm method appears to be obtained somewhat more rapidly and to be of better quality using an antiseptic rather than a greasy dressing. Equally, this method has the non-negligible advantage of being less onerous and of very simple management.
