Abstract
A 74-year-old male patient who was admitted with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, severe left ventricular impairment, severe mitral regurgitation, and full viability who was turned down for surgery underwent high-risk and indicated multivessel stenting with Impella (Abiomed) support. At 6-month follow-up he was angina free, with complete resolution of the mitral regurgitation. ().

一名74岁男性患者因非ST段抬高型心肌梗死、严重左心室功能不全、严重二尖瓣反流入院，心肌完全存活但手术被拒，遂在Impella（Abiomed）支持下接受了高风险且有指征的多支血管支架置入术。在6个月的随访中，他没有心绞痛症状，二尖瓣反流完全消失。（）
