Altogether 23 patients with acute macrofocal or transmural myocardial infarction were examined in the first 72 h of disease. Moderate clinical signs of circulatory insufficiency were noted in 4 patients. Ventilation and gas exchange indices of external respiration were recorded before and after 30 min. inhalation of 100% oxygen using a PGI-2 apparatus. 100% oxygen was shown to cause no toxic pulmonary injury, however it deteriorated the diffusion-perfusion in alveolar-capillary membranes. The type of the dynamic shifts of absorbed oxygen, minute respiration volume and oxygen utilization coefficient suggested the presence of 5 types of reactions, of them positive ones were thrice as less frequent as negative ones.
共有23例急性大面积或透壁性心肌梗死患者在发病后的最初72小时内接受了检查。4例患者出现了中度循环功能不全的临床体征。使用PGI-2仪器记录了吸入100%氧气30分钟前后的外呼吸通气和气体交换指标。结果显示,100%氧气不会造成有毒性的肺损伤,但会使肺泡-毛细血管膜的弥散-灌注功能恶化。吸收氧量、分钟呼吸量和氧利用系数的动态变化类型表明存在5种反应类型,其中阳性反应的发生频率是阴性反应的三分之一。
