[Organization of surgical treatment of patients with biliary tract diseases in a rural area].

The authors make an analysis of main organizational measures which could considerably improve results of the surgical treatment of cholecystites. Good organization of active detection of the patients during prophylactic examinations and consultations with physicians, directed sanitary-instructive work among population and dispensary examinations play the leading role in sanitation of patients with diseases of bile ducts.
