Screening for malignant tumours of the vulva cannot be proposed, but multiple biopsies from suspicious areas. Histological classification of WHO and ISSVD as well as staging of UICC and FIGO are recommended. Operative therapy should be preferred if possible, in the other cases irradiation with electrons.
不建议对外阴恶性肿瘤进行筛查，而是对可疑区域进行多次活检。推荐采用世界卫生组织（WHO）和国际外阴疾病研究学会（ISSVD）的组织学分类以及国际抗癌联盟（UICC）和国际妇产科联盟（FIGO）的分期。如有可能，应首选手术治疗，其他情况下采用电子束放疗。
