The authors investigated the characteristics of the patient's insight into the disease in 80 patients (45 males, 35 females, mean age, 32 years) with neuroses with the cardialgophobic syndrome. To exclude organic pathology, all patients were subjected to EEG and ECG; in 55 patients the central and peripheral hemodynamics were also studied. Psychological examination was carried out using the method of the semantic differential. The data obtained were processed by a correlational analysis. The authors have identified differences in the patient's insight into the disease in asthenic and hysterical neuroses, which point to differing mechanisms of the formation of the cardialgophobic syndrome in them and involvement in these mechanisms of the patient's insight into the disease. The experience with differential pathogenetic therapy based on the findings is described.
作者对80例患有恐心性神经症综合征的神经症患者（45例男性，35例女性，平均年龄32岁）对疾病的自知力特点进行了研究。为排除器质性病变，所有患者均接受了脑电图和心电图检查；55例患者还进行了中心和外周血流动力学研究。采用语义差别法进行心理检查。所获数据采用相关分析进行处理。作者发现，衰弱型和癔症型神经症患者对疾病的自知力存在差异，这表明它们形成恐心性神经症综合征的机制不同，且患者对疾病的自知力也参与了这些机制。文中描述了基于这些发现进行鉴别性病因治疗的经验。
