: To discover the extent of the connection between occlusal plane asymmetry and the rest tone of the four muscle groups of the orofacial region with temporomandibular joint pathology.: Eighty-seven subjects were divided into two groups. The following methods were applied: clinical examination, roentgenological examination, and electromyography. Data were evaluated and statistically analyzed.: The variability of occlusal plane inclination in relation to the porion plane was 0-4.6º.The tonus of masseter muscle was higher in the experimental group: 1.45 mV more than in the control group: 1.23 mV ( < 0.05).: Asymmetry of the occlusal plane inclination was found for nearly all subjects in both groups. It can be compensated for by adaptation mechanisms and does not cause temporomandibular joint disorders. Undertaken research shows the existence of a proven correlation between TMJ disorders and the resting tonus of the masseter muscle.
: 目的:探讨颞下颌关节病患者牙合平面不对称与咀嚼肌、翼外肌、二腹肌前腹和颞肌后腹静息电位之间的关系。: 87 例患者被分为两组。采用临床检查、影像学检查和肌电图检查。对数据进行评估和统计学分析。: 结果:髁突平面与牙合平面倾斜度的差异为 0-4.6°。实验组的咬肌张力高于对照组:1.45 mV 比 1.23 mV(<0.05)。: 两组患者的牙合平面倾斜均存在不同程度的不对称,但可以通过适应机制进行补偿,不会引起颞下颌关节紊乱。研究表明,TMJ 紊乱与咀嚼肌静息张力之间存在相关性。
