Abstract

OBJECTIVE

This study set out to investigate the effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulization on pulmonary function and serum immune factors in children with bronchiolitis.

METHODS

A total of 127 children with bronchiolitis who were treated in our hospital were collected. Among them, 59 were treated with conventional bronchiolitis and were included in the control group (CG), and 68 were treated by budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation in addition to the conventional treatment that were included in the research group (RG). The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of cough, pulmonary rales, wheezing and dyspnea, hospitalization time, adverse reactions, lung function and serum immune factors of the two groups were compared.

RESULTS

Compared with before treatment, cough, pulmonary rales, wheezing and dyspnea of children in both groups were improved after treatment. Compared with the CG, the disappearance time of cough, pulmonary rales, wheezing and dyspnea in the RG was shortened, the hospitalization time and adverse reactions reduced, and the total effective rate increased. The tidal volume, peak-to-peak time ratio (tPTEF/tE) and peak-to-peak volume ratio (VPTEF/VE) of the RG were dramatically better than those of the CG, and the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA were better than those of the CG.

CONCLUSION

Budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulization is beneficial to improve the pulmonary function and serum immune factors in children with bronchiolitis.

摘要

目的

本研究旨在探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对小儿毛细支气管炎肺功能及血清免疫因子的影响。

方法

选取我院收治的127例毛细支气管炎患儿,其中59例采用常规治疗毛细支气管炎的方法,纳入对照组(CG);68例在常规治疗基础上加用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,纳入研究组(RG)。比较两组的临床疗效、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息及呼吸困难消失时间、住院时间、不良反应、肺功能及血清免疫因子。

结果

与治疗前比较,两组患儿治疗后咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息及呼吸困难均有所改善。与对照组比较,研究组咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息及呼吸困难消失时间缩短,住院时间及不良反应减少,总有效率提高。研究组的潮气量、呼气峰流速时间比(tPTEF/tE)及呼气峰流速容积比(VPTEF/VE)均显著优于对照组,IgG、IgM及IgA水平也优于对照组。

结论

布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入有助于改善小儿毛细支气管炎的肺功能及血清免疫因子。
