Abstract
Evaluation of sialic acid in serum was done by means of an enzymatic colorimetric method using the Biochemia Sialic Acid kit. Precision and accuracy within-run and run-to-run were high and linearity was observed just to a 170 mg/dl concentration. Reference values evaluated in 2700 samples were: mean = 65.3 mg/dl; mean +/- 2 standard deviations = 52.0-78.6 mg/dl.

采用Biochemia唾液酸试剂盒，通过酶比色法对血清中的唾液酸进行评估。批内和批间的精密度和准确度都很高，在浓度高达170mg/dl时呈线性关系。对2700份样本评估的参考值为：平均值 = 65.3mg/dl；平均值±2个标准差 = 52.0 - 78.6mg/dl。
