Abstract
A case of blind-ending bifid ureter in a 6-year-old girl is presented. Excretory urography revealed a right blind-ending ureter which was resected surgically. Besides this, she had megaureters on both sides, and uretero-vesiconeostomy was undertaken. Although urinary tract infection had continued for several months, she had no episode of fever after operation.

本文报告了一例6岁女孩的盲端双输尿管病例。排泄性尿路造影显示右侧输尿管盲端，已通过手术切除。此外，她双侧输尿管扩张，已进行输尿管膀胱新造口术。尽管尿路感染持续了几个月，但术后她未再发热。
