Long-standing cystoid macular edema was evaluated in three groups of aphakic patients: Group A following vitrectomy, Group B without vitrectomy, and group C without vitrectomy but with associated background diabetic retinopathy. After a two-year follow-up period, no significant differences in resolution of cystoid macular edema and visual acuity were found between the three groups.
A组为玻璃体切除术后患者，B组为未行玻璃体切除术患者，C组为未行玻璃体切除术但伴有背景性糖尿病视网膜病变患者。经过两年的随访期，三组之间在黄斑囊样水肿消退情况和视力方面未发现显著差异。
