An experience with the treatment of 63 patients with scalped one or several fingers is analyzed. A classification of such traumas is proposed. Plasty with an "acute" Filatow graft, pocket skin plasty, free skin plasty with a splitted transplant were used for completely scalped fingers. In cases with incompletely scalped fingers the decompression of tissues was performed which prevented circulatory alterations. Long-term results within 1-12 years were studied. Indications for each method are analyzed.
对63例单指或多指撕脱伤患者的治疗经验进行了分析。提出了此类创伤的分类方法。对于完全撕脱的手指，采用“急性”菲拉托夫皮片移植术、袋状皮肤成形术、劈开移植的游离皮肤成形术。对于不完全撕脱的手指，进行组织减压以防止循环改变。研究了1至12年的长期结果。分析了每种方法的适应证。
