Abstract
The clinical picture of typhoid peritonitis in 67 patients is described. All the patients were operated upon. General roentgenography of the abdominal cavity and Widal's reaction are thought to be an important help in diagnostics of typhoid peritonitis. An analysis of postoperative complications and lethality in this group of patients is presented.
