Abstract

Isolated osseous Rosai-Dorfman disease is rare. We describe FDG PET/CT findings of solitary thoracic vertebral Rosai-Dorfman disease without extraosseous involvement. The vertebral lesion caused osteolytic destruction of the vertebral body and showed intense FDG uptake.
