Cardiac haemangioma (CH) is an extremely rare type of benign heart tumor, with prevalence only 2.8% of all primary cardiac tumors. The symptoms of tumor are often nonspecific. Preoperative screening and diagnosis are based on imaging examinations. Radical surgical resection is indicated in symptomatic patients.
We report on a case of an incidentally found tumor located on the right-sided epicardium that was successfully removed with the totally endoscopic surgery (TES) and the concomitant use of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).
Excision of these tumors has been described through a median sternotomy approach. In recent years, TES has grown in popularity with many advantages. On the other hand, on-pump beating-heart (ON-BH) technique has been appreciated as a superior myocardial preservation method. The combination of these procedure provides clinical benefits and patient preferences.
Totally endoscopic resection of CH under ON-BH is a safe, effective procedure, which can be adopted in similar cases.
心脏血管瘤（CH）是一种极为罕见的良性心脏肿瘤，在所有原发性心脏肿瘤中的患病率仅为2.8%。肿瘤症状通常不具有特异性。术前筛查和诊断基于影像学检查。有症状的患者需进行根治性手术切除。
我们报告一例偶然发现的位于右心外膜的肿瘤，该肿瘤通过全胸腔镜手术（TES）并同时使用体外循环（CPB）成功切除。
这些肿瘤的切除已通过正中胸骨切开术进行描述。近年来，全胸腔镜手术越来越受欢迎，具有许多优点。另一方面，不停跳心脏（ON-BH）技术被认为是一种优越的心肌保护方法。这些手术的结合提供了临床益处并符合患者偏好。
在不停跳心脏下全胸腔镜切除CH是一种安全、有效的手术方法，可应用于类似病例。
