Abstract
Early management of minor articular fractures of the knee results in the best possible prognosis with the least period of disability. The authors stress the need for early arthroscopic examination when history, physical examination and x-ray suggest possibility of minor intra-articular fracture.

膝关节轻度关节骨折的早期处理可带来最佳预后，并使残疾时间最短。作者强调，当病史、体格检查及X线检查提示存在轻度关节内骨折的可能性时，有必要尽早进行关节镜检查。
