Abstract
The management of four patients with dysphagia due to esophageal compression by anterior cervical osteophytes is described, and the literature is reviewed. Treatment of this condition is simple and without complication. Surgical removal of the bony ridges using the anterior cervical approach leads to complete recovery.

本文描述了4例因颈椎前路骨赘压迫食管导致吞咽困难患者的治疗情况，并对相关文献进行了综述。这种疾病的治疗简单且无并发症。采用颈椎前路手术切除骨嵴可使患者完全康复。
