The limbus annulare is of practical importance as a radiographic finding. Its proper identification will lead to an accurate diagnosis and eliminate the need for hospitalization and unnecessary diagnostic studies. This is a report of a patient with a limbus annulare misdiagnosed as a fracture of L-4. A review of the literature and possible explanations as to the etiology of the limbus are also presented.
环形边缘作为一种影像学表现具有实际重要性。对其正确识别将有助于准确诊断，并避免住院治疗及不必要的诊断性检查。本文报告了一例环形边缘被误诊为L4骨折的患者。同时还对相关文献进行了综述，并对环形边缘的病因给出了可能的解释。
