Metastatic invasive lobular breast cancer (ILC) to the colon is rare and usually ER-positive. We present an ER-negative case of metastatic ILC presenting as linitis plastica of the colon where [ F]FES PET/MRI allowed the evaluation of the ER phenotypic transformation in the colonic metastasis from the ER-positive breast ILC in vivo.
转移性浸润性小叶乳腺癌（ILC）转移至结肠较为罕见，且通常为雌激素受体（ER）阳性。我们报告了一例 ER 阴性转移性 ILC 病例，其表现为结肠皮革状癌，[ F]FES PET/MRI 可在体内评估从 ER 阳性乳腺 ILC 转移至结肠的肿瘤中 ER 表型的转化。
