A technical refinement for oral commissure reconstruction is presented. The oral commissure has an important role in oral sphincteric function. We use a combination of local skin flaps for soft tissue reconstruction and a pedicled tongue flap for intraoral lining, with satisfactory results. A case involving a large mucosal ulcer around the oral commissure, in which the excisional defect was repaired by this method, is presented.
本文介绍了一种口腔口角重建的技术改进方法。口腔口角在口腔括约肌功能中起着重要作用。我们采用局部皮瓣联合用于软组织重建，带蒂舌瓣用于口腔内衬，效果满意。本文还介绍了一例口腔口角周围大面积黏膜溃疡的病例，其切除后的缺损采用该方法进行了修复。
