Hemolymphangioma of the tongue is a benign vascular tumor. Episodes of activity lead progressively to the development of macroglossia which causes secondary complications. The clinical diagnosis of the tumor is confirmed by arteriography with superselective catheterisation. Arteriography assesses blood flow in the malformation, serving as a basis for classification and permitting embolisation of the tumor, the first stage of treatment.
舌部淋巴管瘤是一种良性血管肿瘤。活动期会逐渐导致巨舌症的发展，进而引发继发性并发症。通过超选择性导管插管动脉造影可确诊该肿瘤。动脉造影可评估畸形部位的血流情况，为肿瘤分类提供依据，并允许对肿瘤进行栓塞，这是治疗的第一阶段。
