Abstract
We report a mass without neurologic findings and moderate pain in a 33-year-old male's wrist at the 3 zone of the ulnar nerve due to schwannoma that was excised successfully, and the patient was free of symptoms. We further discuss the prevalence and management of this lesion.
摘要
我们报告了一名33岁男性，其尺神经3区腕部因神经鞘瘤出现一个肿块，无神经学表现且伴有中度疼痛，该肿块已成功切除，患者症状消失。我们进一步讨论了这种病变的患病率及治疗方法。
