Abstract

Penile strangulation is a rare emergencythat requires prompt evaluation and treatment to avoid disastrous consequences. A 33-year-old male presented to the emergency department with complaints of severe penile pain and swelling for 10 hours.Dental high speed turbine is an effective means to quickly remove plastic rings.This method can provide immediate relief with no issue of heat transfer.

摘要

阴茎绞窄是一种罕见的急症，需要迅速评估和治疗以避免灾难性后果。一名33岁男性因阴茎剧痛和肿胀10小时就诊于急诊科。牙科高速涡轮机是快速移除塑料环的有效手段。此方法能立即缓解症状且不存在热传递问题。
