To observe the efficacy of bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation on Pisa syndrome in patients with Parkinson's disease. A total of 52 patients with Parkinson's disease who underwent deep brain stimulation in Beijing Hospital from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2020 were reviewed. The clinical data were collected for the patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Pisa syndrome on "Medication-Off" state pre-operatively. Two patients met the diagnostic criteria of Pisa syndrome before operation, with a Pisa angle of 10 and 14°, respectively. The lateral trunk flexion of the two patients improved after operation. In stimulation-on/medication-off state, the Pisa angle decreased from 10 to 2° and from 14 to 6°, respectively. Bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation might have beneficial effects on lateral trunk flexion in PD patients, but the predictors of curative effect are not clear.
观察双侧丘脑底核脑深部电刺激对帕金森病患者 Pisa 综合征的疗效。回顾性分析 2016 年 7 月 1 日至 2020 年 7 月 1 日在北京医院接受脑深部电刺激治疗的 52 例帕金森病患者。收集术前处于“关药”状态且符合 Pisa 综合征诊断标准患者的临床资料。术前有 2 例患者符合 Pisa 综合征诊断标准,Pisa 角分别为 10°和 14°。术后这 2 例患者的躯干侧屈情况改善。在开机/关药状态下,Pisa 角分别从 10°降至 2°,从 14°降至 6°。双侧丘脑底核脑深部电刺激可能对帕金森病患者的躯干侧屈有益,但疗效的预测因素尚不清楚。
