This article reports the case of a large calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor in a patient with tuberous sclerosis complex. The calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor, one of the rarest odontogenic tumors, is reviewed in detail, as is the unusual disorder of tuberous sclerosis complex.
