Maryshe S. Zietsman is a medical student at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Tex. At Texas Children's Hospital (TCH) in Houston, Michelle G. Roy is an assistant professor and Rami P. Dibbs is a medical student and clinical research fellow. Matthew J. Davis is a medical student at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. At TCH, Kristina D. Wilson is a speech-language pathologist, Edward P. Buchanan is chief of the division of pediatric plastic surgery and an associate professor at Baylor College of Medicine, and Laura A. Monson is an associate professor of surgery in the division of plastic and reconstructive surgery. The authors have disclosed no potential conflicts of interest, financial or otherwise.
