To study the efficacy of restricting dietary protein intake combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy (DN) and its effect on patients' inflammatory factor levels.
The medical data of 150 DN patients treated in (June 2018-May 2021) were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received regular therapy, those who received the intervention of restricting dietary protein intake were included in the control group ( = 75), and on this basis, those treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction were included in the experimental group ( = 75), so as to scientifically evaluate their efficacy and inflammatory factor levels after treatment.
The patients' general information was not statistically different between the two groups ( > 0.05); after treatment, the experimental group gained remarkably higher marked effective rate and total effective rate of treatment than the control group ( < 0.05); the inflammatory factor levels of all patients were obviously better than before ( < 0.05), and the levels of TNF-, IL-2, IL-8, IL-4, and IL-10 were obviously lower in the experimental group than in the control group ( < 0.05); the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin of all patients were remarkably lower than before ( < 0.05), but with no significant between-group difference ( > 0.05); the renal function indexes of all patients were better than before, and between the two groups, the levels of 24 h microalbuminuria, 24 h urine protein excretion, and serum creatinine were obviously lower and the glomerular filtration rate was significantly higher in the experimental group ( all <0.05), and the patients' traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores were remarkably lower in the experimental group ( < 0.05).
Jointly applying Buyang Huanwu decoction on the basis of restricting dietary protein intake can effectively promote the clinical efficacy of DN, which is conducive to adjusting the inflammatory factor levels, promoting the patients' renal function, and alleviating the clinical symptoms.
探讨限制饮食蛋白质摄入联合补阳还五汤治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效及其对患者炎症因子水平的影响。
回顾性分析2018年6月至2021年5月期间收治的150例DN患者的医学资料。所有患者均接受常规治疗,将接受限制饮食蛋白质摄入干预的患者纳入对照组(n = 75),在此基础上,加用补阳还五汤治疗的患者纳入试验组(n = 75),以科学评估其治疗后的疗效及炎症因子水平。
两组患者的一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);治疗后,试验组的显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);所有患者的炎症因子水平均明显优于治疗前(P < 0.05),且试验组的TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8、IL-4和IL-10水平明显低于对照组(P < 0.05);所有患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于治疗前(P < 0.05),但组间差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);所有患者的肾功能指标均优于治疗前,两组比较,试验组的24小时微量白蛋白尿、24小时尿蛋白排泄量和血清肌酐水平明显降低,肾小球滤过率显著升高(均P < 0.05),试验组患者的中医症状评分明显降低(P < 0.05)。
在限制饮食蛋白质摄入的基础上联合应用补阳还五汤可有效提高DN的临床疗效,有利于调节炎症因子水平,改善患者肾功能,缓解临床症状。
